Most of my work involves removing complexity that teams mistake for progress, and naming decisions that have been buried under process, tooling, or incentives. I'm not interested in persuasion, branding, or trend-driven work.
Currently focused on long-horizon problems with small teams. Not available for marketing projects, growth campaigns, or visibility-driven roles.
